The Living Table: Nature Festival Dinner at Award Winning Esmay

Join Esmay for a one-of-a-kind shared lunch celebrating the growers, producers and custodians shaping the future of Australian food.

Through an interactive dining experience, guests will hear directly from a selection of small-scale farmers and producers from South Australia and beyond, exploring the realities of growing distinctive varieties, adapting to changing environmental conditions, and preserving the diversity that gives our food its character, flavour and sense of place.

Artist and floral designer Sky Allen from Arcadia Aquatic will transform Esmay using sculptural installations created entirely from seasonal fruits, vegetables and botanicals sourced from participating growers. These same ingredients will then find their way onto the plate, with Executive Chef Alanna crafting a playful and immersive lunch that celebrates the beauty and potential of every harvest.

Behind the bar, guests will enjoy a series of three cocktails showcasing native Australian ingredients and regional produce, developed in collaboration with Indigenous entrepreneur and cultural leader Daniel Motlop, highlighting stories of country, culture, and connection through flavour.
