This Yin Yoga experience takes place inside an art gallery unlike anything you've felt before. Its got soul.

Surrounded by immersive artworks, you’ll be guided through a gentle, deeply restorative practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and create space within body and mind.

Your teacher, Neha Kumar, is the founder of Artful Yoga Gallery and a yoga and meditation teacher known for creating nurturing, inclusive spaces for deep inner work. Her classes weave together traditional yogic wisdom, breath awareness, and trauma-sensitive guidance to support genuine rest and reconnection.

Exceptional singer-songwriter and vocalist Shantael Raphael creates a soulful live soundscape, while Neha weaves the wisdom and philosophy of yoga throughout the practice.
