FeNaCING Festival 2026 - Access and Inclusion Day

The Access and Inclusion Day at the FeNaCING Festival is designed to support people with disabilities in enjoying the festival in a calm, safe, and inclusive environment.

This is for people living with disability, including their family members and carers.

​​​​The event runs in three separate 1-hour sessions on Friday 31 July 2026.

Please book ONE session only.
Session 1: 1.30pm to 2.30pm
Session 2: 3.00pm to 4.00pm
Session 3: 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Who can attend:
People living with disability in the City of Karratha
Clients supported by an NDIS service provider or Karratha service provider
Family members and carers of people living with disability

Booking Information: 
Please enter the full name of each person attending, including clients, family members and carers.
You will also be asked for the name and contact details of your Service Provider

What is included:
Each client will receive a wristband for one free showbag
Participants will have access to free rides during their booked session only

Arrival and Check In:
Please arrive at the front entrance of the festival, next to Sideshow Alley
Staff will check tickets and provide wristbands
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to allow enough time for ticket checking
Whilst every effort has been made to limit loud noises during these sessions, the FeNaCING Festival bump in may still in be progress at this time. If your attendees have sensory needs, please bring any personal sensory equipment that helps with comfort and regulation.

Photography: 
By booking a ticket and attending this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and footage may be used for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes by the City of Karratha. If you do not wish to be photographed/videoed, please request a “no photography” wrist band when you arrive at the event gates.

Food and Drinks:
Please bring your own food and drinks (BYO)

The City collects your personal information to manage registrations and deliver the Access and Inclusion Day at the FeNaCle Festival. This information will be used to process your registration, communicate event details, support accessibility planning and inclusion requirements, and coordinate with relevant service providers where necessary. Your information may be accessed by authorised City staff and disclosed where required or authorised by law.
