Gascoyne Food Festival

The Gascoyne Food Festival is a sixteen-day celebration of food, culture, landscape and storytelling set across one of Western Australia's most extraordinary regions.

The Festival brings together immersive dining experiences, long table lunches, coastal feasts, outback gatherings, hands-on workshops and cultural storytelling events across Carnarvon, Exmouth, Shark Bay and the Upper Gascoyne.

From dining beneath mango blossoms in Carnarvon to full moon feasts overlooking Ningaloo Reef and station dinners beneath vast outback skies, each event is intentionally designed to reflect the character of its location — creating experiences that are authentic, atmospheric and deeply connected to place.

Known as the food bowl of Western Australia, the Gascoyne produces some of the State's finest seafood, tropical fruits, pastoral products and native ingredients. Through the Festival, visitors are invited to experience the region through the people who live, grow, fish and create here — including chefs, producers, pastoralists and cultural storytellers.

The Festival attracts visitors seeking unique, place-led travel experiences and offers a rare opportunity to explore one of Australia's most remote and diverse regions through food, connection and discovery.

Rare. Remote. Unforgettable.
