Join us for a fun evening of cooking as we celebrate all things mushrooms! We'll be looking at various types of mushrooms in our dishes such as Mushroom Pot Sticker Dumplings, Pad See Ew Noodles with Shitake and Enoki, how to make a delicious Japanese broth and finish it off with Porcini Chocolate Truffles for something just a little bit different... Mushrooms are cherished in Asian cuisine for their earthy taste, versatility, and nutritional value. From the umami-rich shiitake to the delicate enoki, mushrooms play a central role in many dishes, adding depth and complexity to soups, stir-fries, noodles, and more.
